Uralla Council – Tablelands Community Support Options
Now Known as Tablelands Community Support
Tablelands Community Support Options is auspiced by Uralla Shire Council, funded by the State and Australian Government and provides services to people who are aged or have a disability, and to their carers who live in the New England area.
Uralla Shire Council employs the staff of Tablelands Community Support Options (TCSO)  to provide the day to day service management and case management for  clients.
Any one can make a referral  to TCSO.  You may make the enquiry your self or ask your family, friends or your Doctor to make the referral on your behalf
On receipt of a referral eligibility for a service  is determined and referrals prioritised and you will be notified of the outcome. A Case Manager from Tablelands Community Support Options will then do a home visit  and discuss with you the type of services you require. They will develop a Care Plan with you, arrange the services you require and visit with you regularly to ensure the service is continuing to meet your needs.
TCSO required Re-Branding and a series of Information Brochures, a short Information DVD, Banners for a Community Information Stand and (initially) a website.
I met with the TCSO Team around a board room table and we discussed their concepts.
The Manager and Staff were enthusiastic, helpful, creative and a pleasure to work with.
We developed a logo in 2 hours and the brochures, posters and other TCSO products took a little longer.
It was important that the TCSO Branding contained accurate and relevant information for their customers.
TCSO supplied photographs used in the brochures and DVD.
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and various DVD programs including Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 were used in the production of these products.
